My Wedding Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have handled their own planning but need a trusted professional to ensure everything runs flawlessly on the day. Instead of worrying about logistics, you and your loved ones can be fully present, soak up the atmosphere, and celebrate without a single concern.

From the moment you hand over the details to me, I’ll step in to bring everything together, making sure your carefully made plans unfold exactly as you envisioned.

What You Can Expect:

  • Comprehensive Consultation & Handover Meeting (6-8 Weeks Before) – We’ll go through every detail of your wedding plans so I can take over seamlessly.
     

  • Venue Walkthrough – I’ll visit your venue (or marquee location) ahead of time to familiarise myself with the layout, logistics, and any special requirements.
     

  • Supplier Liaison & Management – I’ll connect with all your suppliers after the handover meeting, confirming details and coordinating their arrival and setup.
     

  • Regular Progress Meetings – Stay updated and reassured with scheduled check-ins in the final weeks before your wedding.
     

  • ​Unlimited Support (From 6-8 Weeks Prior) – I’ll be available via phone, email, and Telegram to answer questions, handle last-minute adjustments, and provide any guidance you need.

  • Detailed Wedding Timeline – I’ll create a comprehensive schedule covering everything from setup to breakdown, ensuring the day flows smoothly.
     

  • Final Venue Meeting – A final run-through at your venue (or alternative location if you’re having a marquee wedding) to go over every last detail.
     

  • Pre-Wedding Setup (If Venue Allows) – If permitted, I’ll be there the day before to oversee setup and styling, ensuring everything is perfectly in place.
     

  • On-the-Day Coordination (Up to 10 Hours) – From start to finish, I’ll be your behind-the-scenes problem solver, organiser, and go-to person, making sure everything happens exactly as planned—so you don’t have to lift a finger.
